By booking transportation with ALG Atlas Limo, you agree to the following terms.
We provide chauffeured transportation in the Atlanta metropolitan area, subject to availability.
Reservations are confirmed based on availability. Payment is collected through our secure online system. Quoted prices may change if your trip changes — for example, additional stops, extended wait time, or tolls.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
For everyone’s safety, passengers must follow all applicable laws, including seatbelt use. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe or unlawful conduct. Cleaning or damage fees may apply.
We provide our service with professional care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
